You have 28 days from date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange. Any postage costs incurred for orders being shipped out are non-refundable on the return of goods.
The item/s must be in an unused, unpacked and re-sellable condition.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We therefore recommend using a tracked service for all returns for extra security, however this is at your discretion and is not mandatory.
Faulty items must be brought to our attention as soon as possible. In the case of one of our items being faulty or not up to standard, we will happily exchange your item for a brand new one at no extra cost.
We cannot accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.
